Refund & Exchange Policy

Customers are advised that we are dealing with perishable products, hence, kindly follow our refund/exchange policy as mentioned.

Customers are advised that we do not provide any refund for all our perishable food products. Please examine the products upon purchase for any deficiencies and/or damages at the time of purchase.

*Our wafer and cookie products are not meant to be crispy or crunchy unless the product description on the packaging clearly states that they are crispy or crunchy wafer or cookie products.

*Our Chocolate Truffles are highly heat-sensitive, especially the cocoa-dusted truffle chocolates. Customers must store the product in a very cool place upon purchase as soon as possible.

*Candy Empire's imported chocolate products will melt in our warm and humid climate and are highly sensitive to heat. Please store them in a very cool and dry place at all times to ensure its freshness.

Once product is opened, please consume within 2 days. Improper storage will not be considered.

Exchange must be made within this time frame period:

  • For Chocolate or Chocolate-Related or Wafer products which are very perishable and heat-sensitive, within 12 hours of purchase
  • For Non-Chocolate products, within 24 hours of purchase

Exchange are only given for defective products (as they are perishable products) within the required stipulated period.

*Item must be new and in original condition with the original packaging (as sold in our retail stores), original receipt, and a valid reason are required for any requests of exchange.

Purchases made with promotional discounts or vouchers are non-refundable.

Customers are reminded that one-time exchange is only allowed for each purchase.

Customers seeking an exchange, are preferably to submit a written request to enquiries@candyempire.com.sg.

Candy Empire reserves the rights to reject any refund or exchange requests according to the conditions of the returned products or any other unforeseen conditions.

Candy Empire reserves the rights to reject any refund or exchange for opened or used products. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

Candy Empire reserves the rights to limit or decline exchange or refund regardless of whether you have the original receipt.

Candy Empire reserves the rights to update or modify the terms of the exchange or refund at any time.
