World Chocolate Day’s coming up tomorrow and YOU deserve a special treat! If you prefer whipping up your own chocolate indulgence, we’ve curated 3 simple (and we mean REALLY simple) recipes to get you started!
#1 No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
What you need!
For the crust:
- 200g Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
For the filling:
- 2 cups of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 250g dark chocolate
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the ganache:
- 140g milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
How to make it!
- First up, the crust! Crush your Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and add melted butter. Combine both ingredients and press into the bottom of a pan. Pop this into the fridge while making the filling!
- Chop up your dark chocolate and melt it in the microwave.
- Beat your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth. Then, add in your melted chocolate and continue beating till smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip your heavy cream to medium peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour this filling into the pan with your Oreo cookies, and place into the freezer while making your topping!
- Chop up your milk chocolate and place in a large bowl. Bring your heavy cream to a simmer in a saucepan, then pour over the chocolate. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Pour this over the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and eat before anyone else gets their hands on this yummy treat!

- Milk
How to make it!
