Customers are advised to examine the products upon purchase for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged at time of purchase, claims for refund/exchange (if any) must be lodged to our store staffs at time of purchase.
Our chocolate products will melt in our warm and humid climate. Please store them in a very cool and dry place at all times to ensure its freshness. Improper storage will not be considered.
Once product is opened, please consume within 2 days.
